My favourite from the roll I printed today. Goes with Random Object 2 in where it was shot and why. This one wins it for me because it just looks, like something. Either a moment in time, from a film, suspense. I don't know, there's just the right elements and I don't know what to say.
This makes me think of an Aphex Twin video for some reason. I like the fact that it looks like a photography shoot is going on, but some little side camera came and took a photo of his friend (the other camera), since that's what is really in focus. Like the cameras have a little game of their own... or maybe I'm just insane.

I'm very new here but already have to find many things out for looking how everything works here, but I already put you in my Deviant watch and I'm not disappointed, this one gonna be a favorite. Like the compostion very much and the depth of the image, only thing that in my opinion is not so beautifull is the brown pants color, I would have preferred a dark blue jeans color, maybe worth to give it a try and change the color in PS, if you would give it a try I would surely like to see the result. Congratulations.
this is a sweet pic...i love the layering. i'm conflicted whether i'd like the guy to be in focus or not. i really like it. it almost looks like the camera is confused and cocked it's "head" to the side. i love it, great job!!

it s a different point of view of a familiar scene, thats why its so intriguing, plus the innovative camera work by sam, it makes everyone excited!

Reminds me of a still from an art house film, maybe foreign. Love the out of focus and the person on the left. The breaking wave is great too. Really nice job.
i'm afraid i don't have anything very worthwhile to contribute here. i just happen to really like this image.
& you know, i'm glad you won that DD...it allowed me to see your work. it's highly unusual to find someone on deviant art who a) doesn't use a digital camera & b) processes their own film.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
